2007 Colorado 4-H Shooting Sports AmbassadorBio for DaiLynn
My name is DaiLynn Driscoll. I've been involved with Kit Carson County Shooting Sports for eight years. I look forward to being a Shooting Sports Ambassador; it will be an awesome experience. I am one of four shooters from Kit Carson County going to the National Invitational Shoot this year. Also, I enjoy working with the younger shooters as a Junior Coach throughout the summer. So many people are becoming involved in the Shooting Sports program that it has become family oriented. Being involved with Shooting Sports has taught me how to become a leader, and a more responsible person. I've met numerous people throughout my years in Shooting Sports and many of them have become some of my closest friends.
2007 Colorado 4-H Shooting Sports AmbassadorBio for Collene
Hello, my name is Collene Kiefer. I am one of the new 4-H Shooting Sports Ambassadors for Colorado.

I am 16 and I have been in 4-H for 9 years. I have been active in every 4-H Shooting Sports discipline, and I am also very active in many other projects, including Leadership. My two favorite disciplines are Air Pistol and Muzzleload Rifle. I am a sophomore at Poudre High School in Larimer County. 4-H and academics both play huge roles in my life, by providing me opportunities to learn life skills such as teamwork and communication skills. Larimer County currently has over 350 youth enrolled in 4-H Shooting Sports, and it is one of the fastest growing disciplines in the nation.

The most important aspect of 4-H Shooting Sports for me is that my whole family can be involved too! As an Ambassador, I enjoy helping others learn about 4-H Shooting Sports-a sport that will provide them a lifetime of enjoyment!
2007 Colorado 4-H Shooting Sports AmbassadorBio for Keegan
Hi, I'm Keegan Hammond, a fifth year 4-Her and a junior at Eagle Valley High School located in the mountains of Eagle County, Colorado. Although I'm heavily involved in my school in academics, clubs such as D.A.D.D. (Devils Against Drinking and Drugs) and F.B.L.A. (Future Business Leaders of America), and sports (Varsity golf travel team), it is my 4-H involvement in Shooting Sports that I really enjoy. My parents and I are all active in outdoor adventures and they got me interested in joining 4-H, initially just to have another winter activity; some people call me kinetic. Since the ideas and ethics that 4-H teaches fit so perfectly into my lifestyle, I was committed to 4-H immediately and found that shotguns and trap shooting are my favorite discipline overall. As President of my 4-H club, Secretary/Treasurer of our District 11 region, County Council member/4-H exchange coordinator, County Senator, and State Shooting Sports Ambassador, I'm passionate about 4-H and Shooting Sports. 4-H offers the opportunity to meld the life skills of hard work, honesty, responsibility, confidence and sportsmanship (among many others) together into such a positive, educational and entertaining experience that I'm eager to help others get involved too.
