Chaperons Needed!

We’re looking for agents or experienced volunteers to travel with our Colorado delegations on several upcoming award trips. Coming up in November we have a delegation of 10 youth traveling to National 4-H Congress in Atlanta, GA. The group will travel on Friday, Nov. 23 and return on Tuesday, Nov. 27. On Jan. 10-13, 2008 we have a group of youth and adults attending National Western 4-H Roundup in Denver. This fun and action-packed trip typically has about 60 attendees. And lastly, we need a chaperon for National 4-H Conference. This delegation of six travels to Washington, DC the last part of March and/or the first week in April. This is a great opportunity for adults to travel to wonderful places with terrific kids! Please submit a chaperon application as soon as possible!

Spanish Hold Harmless and Code of Conduct Forms

Bonnie Sherman recently had the Hold Harmless Release and Code of Conduct forms translated into Spanish. The 4-H member enrollment form, adult enrollment form and the adult code of conduct are also in the process of being translated into Spanish. Look for the Hold Harmless and Code of Conduct forms on our Web site (Agent Resources and Enrollment + Reporting) and we’ll be posting the other forms soon! — Dale Leidheiser
